It goes beyond policies and procedures, focusing on behaviours, accountability, and teamwork to ensure safety is actively lived and reinforced every day.
As part of the #TeamHBT initiative, we actively recognise and reward positive safety behaviours. Team members who demonstrate excellence by contributing safety improvement ideas or consistently going the extra mile for health and safety are formally acknowledged through our awards scheme. These awards are presented on a quarterly basis, reinforcing our commitment to recognising individual and team contributions that strengthen our safety culture and set the standard for how we work.
